Advantages of University of Minnesota Programs
Each year, students from other colleges and universities earn University of Minnesota credit by studying abroad. The Learning Abroad Center offers students from other colleges and universities a full range of advising and support services, focusing on such issues as program selection, academic planning, registration, credit, financial aid, cultural adjustment, on-site support, and re-entry.
The Learning Abroad Center at the University of Minnesota offers a number of 3-credit study abroad programs that take place in January. Each program boasts unique courses and educational opportunities. From exploring rainforests in Bali, to studying language in Senegal or Latin America, to learning about Brexit in Ireland, there are a range of programs to choose from.
Students interested in exploring the opportunity to study abroad during January must check the program's end date to be certain it does not conflict with the spring semester start date at Denison. Students must be on campus for the first day of classes at Denison in the spring.
