As part of your application process with your program provider, you will likely be asked to have our office approve your plans to study off campus. This is typically done through a form called the Home School Authorization (or Approval) form. 

When you are asked for this, please send the request to either Meghan Mason or Courtney Johnson Fowler. Either OCS advisor can complete the form for you. 

We typically complete these requests within 72 of hours receiving them. If you do not see this completed after that window, please contact the advisor directly. Please send these right away and well ahead of your program's deadline so that we have plenty of time to complete this on your behalf.
