Getting Started

So you want to study off campus?

Students typically begin the off-campus study application process the year prior to study away. In other words, students hoping to study off campus next summer, fall, or spring term begin the process during the previous fall. Most students begin this process during fall of their sophomore year.

The first step in the application process is to sign up for and attend Study Abroad 101 (SA 101). Read on to learn more about SA101 and how to sign up for a spot. Note that we encourage students to sign up for the earliest available module in order to increase your chances of getting a spot on your first-choice program/term.
