IES January Term

IES JTerm

Program Overview

IES offers three opportunities for students to participate in off-campus study during the J-Term. 

  • Italy - From Pontius Pilate to Theodosius: The Advent of Christianity, Rome
  • Ecuador - Galapagos Islands: Marine Ecosystems
  • Chile - Health Studies, Santiago

Each program program runs for approximately three weeks and yields 3 credits.

It is important that students check the IES website for the program end dates to make certain the program ends before the start of the spring semester at Denison and allows him/her to be on campus for the first day of classes.
